Global Account Manager 
     
 $90K - 95K base and 27k in incentives.  Benefit Package.

In this role, you will be working as part of a team managing and growing our
client's most Strategic client relationships.  You will have a highly responsible
client facing role managing and developing existing top tier relationship and
opportunities with our client's existing Strategic Accounts team.  You will work
with various individuals on the team and cross functionally, to promote
value-added services to accounts, penetrating into all areas of the business
including subsidiaries and partnerships; educating client on client’s solutions,
participating in contract renewals and cultivating relationships at all levels of the customers' organization.         

Must be able to perform against a team quota and excel in a highly competitive market.

Client contact is 70% on the phone and 30% travel to client sites in the San Francisco Bay area.            

Skills/Experiences             

  1. A minimum of 5 years years experience in a solution based sales/account management position
  2. STRONG project management skills.
  3. STRONG relationship management experience with external clients
  4. Candidate will demonstrate an analytical approach with focus on building partnerships with top tier clients 
    1. Must be a leader focused on customer service with excellent communication and networking skills                   
    2. Knowledge of internet marketing and/or technologies solutions required          
    3. Ability to gain an in-depth knowledge of clients' business and organizational structures                
    4. Presenting technology solutions to contacts of various level within those organizations                
    5. Acting as a conduit between Client's service organization and the Client                 
    6. Foster close links within Client organizations and Client's Senior Management.                
    7. Experience working with large, complex accounts               
    8. BA/BS degree
