Compensation: Starting training salary $31.2K with increase to $35K in 6-12 months. Assistants make 35K + bonuses to 45K. Branch manager promotion in 15-24 months pays $45K +company car + bonuses to 55-75K per year. Area Supervisor in an average of 3-5 years pays 65K + company car + bonuses to 80K-150K per year. Technology Sales Assistant

Salary: 30 - 35KK base + avg monthly bonus between $300-$500. Insurance benefits, 401K, holidays, sick days and personal time off (13 days).

Our Client is searching for a sales assistant to work with the sales team. Our client is a technology based company that offers full networking solutions.

Candidate should be a new 4-year college grad with outgoing people skills. You should be very technology literate. You should be a leader and not a follower. You should have some type of background in sales (retail, restaurant (servers/bartenders/managers only), outside sales, inside sales, marketing sales, etc.....).

You should be an assertive and indepedent person who enjoys working with a sense of urgency and have the desire to keep moving forward. Self driven. Your responsibilites will include supporting and assisting the sales team.

Inside Sales/Account Manager 


1.  No more than 3 jobs in the last 5 years.  Must have stable job history.  No exceptions.
2.  Prior Business-to-Business sales (1+ years experience) or a Bachelor’s degree.
3.  Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, good people skills, verbal/written communications skills, superior presentation abilities.
4.  Must have solid experience with the following: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Internet/Intranet.
5.  Able to maintain customer relationships

Job Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for initiating calls to existing customer base and follow up on provided warm leads in assigned territory.  
  2. Show activity and results in accounts which have shown purchasing history, as well as those who have not.  
  3. Maintain proper record keeping and order history in designated applications.
  4. Responsible for achieving a monthly quota.

5.      Continuous contact with the District offices and all personal to build a cohesive team environment.
