Account Executive 

Our client is looking for experienced, eager, and motivated individuals with a strong work ethic and superior sales abilities to join our sales team. As an Account Executive working out of our Virginia office, you will be responsible for driving strategic, enterprise-wide CRM initiatives for, but not limited to, medium-sized markets. You will also be required to make outbound calls to generate leads.  A marketing force of lead generators will support you, as well. You must be able to forecast sales activity and revenue achievement, while creating satisfied customers. A successful candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, be able to multi-task, and have good computer skills. If you have proven sales experience and the drive to continuously exceed your quota -we want to hear from you!

 

Job Responsibilities:

• Consistently meet quarterly and annual quota objectives 
• Manage sales through prospecting, lead qualification, forecasting, and planning. 
• Leverage business from new and established customer relationships. 
• Participate in the design, presentation and sale of a complete value proposition via the telephone, Internet and customer meetings.
• Establish and maintain internal and external professional relationships that meet our core values. 
• Ensure 100% customer satisfaction management with all respective customers.

 

Required Skills/Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years experience with inside or outside technology sales 
• Must be results-driven with proven ability to sell and sustain customer satisfaction.
• Have an impeccable work ethic and maintain a positive, professional attitude. 
• Possess effective organizational and time management skills. 
• Able to work independently and in a team environment. 
• High energy with the desire for success. 
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
